Is Allah the same God as God the Father for Christians?

Yes. Allah is just arabic for god. Muslims use the word Allah for the unity in the muslim world. But every muslim person depending on what language they speak may have another word for god, but may use Allah.
Allah is god for muslims but keep in mind that muslim belive that god was not borne and did not give birth to anyone, therefore they dont believe that he is the father of Jesus. Muslims believe that Jesus was a profit sent by god.

Allah is the one AllPowerful Supreme being. He created everything. Actually, the answer is yes. But, we Muslims don't believe He is three in one. We don't accept Jesus as son of God (or Allah). Allah is Omnipotent, He doesn't need to have a wife or son like humans.
Allah's main attributes are summed up in Al-Qur'an, chapter 112:
[112:1] Say: He, Allah, is One.
[112:2] Allah is He on Whom all depend.
[112:3] He begets not, nor is He begotten.
[112:4] And none is like Him.

Yes, If the one your refer to as the Father is the God of Abraham and the God of Moses. Allah is the Arabic and Aramaic word for The God.

yes Allah is the same as God, but you have to keep in mind that Allah is not a father of any body nor a son of anybody. he is oneness, he never delivered and never was born.

Yes. Like the Jews they believe God is ONE SUPREME entity. Unlike the christian's TRINITY view. They do not believe that Jesus is part of God like the christians believe. They believe that Jesus is a prophet and the predicted messiah.

well we dont believe in christmas first of all..and dont believe jesus is the son on God...Allah is God...The One and Only God...Most powerful..Most Knowledgeble...not known as father of christmas...Allah is all knowing and all seeing...
