renjitha I,
Here is the version of the parable that I have seen. It is not from the Bible, but it does teach an important lesson.
A holy man was having a conversation with the Lord one day and said, "Lord, I would like to know what Heaven and Hell are like." The Lord led the holy man to two doors. He opened one of the doors and the holy man looked in. In the middle of the room was a large round table. In the middle of the table was a large pot of stew which smelled delicious and made the holy man's mouth water.
The people sitting around the table were thin and sickly. They appeared to be famished. They were holding spoons with very long handles that were strapped to their arms and each found it possible to reach into the pot of stew and take a spoonful, but because the handle was longer than their arms, they could not get the spoons back into their mouths. The holy man shuddered at the sight of their misery and suffering. The Lord said, "You have seen Hell."
They went to the next room and opened the door. It was exactly the same as the first one. There was the large round table with the large pot of stew which made the holy man's mouth water. The people were equipped with the same long-handled spoons, but here the people were well nourished and plump, laughing and talking.
The holy man said, "I don't understand."
"It is simple" said the Lord, "it requires but one skill. You see, they have learned to feed each other, while the greedy think only of themselves."
God bless.

The judging of the righteous and the wicked is talked about in several parables (Matthew 25, Luke 6:19-31 and Revelation 20).
But the other part where you said "Their hands were tied with a wooden piece, so that they cannot bend their hands and kept food and water" is found no where in the Bible.
Sorry. I need more accurate info.

What you describe is found nowhere in the Bible. It is entirely 'man-made', and it sounds more like a riddle than any kind of a parable!
When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone. James 1:13

Ah! I remember this story. It's not a biblical story, but paints a biblical picture of servanthood.
It is a story of heaven and hell. The folks in hell were sitting at a dinner table, laden with fine foods. The problem was, everyone had a fork that was too long and awkward to pick the food up and bring it to their mouths. The fork was required to eat with, and though they had plenty, they couldn't get to the food with their utensils, and so they were starving.
The folks in heaven were also seated at a table laden with fine foods, they had the same type of fork that those in hell had. But the folks in heaven were joyfully eating and relishing their meals, because they fed each other from across the table.

I am unaware of that parable but I suspect you may be referring to the parable of the rich man and Lazarus. You may check it out in the Gospels and it deals with the separation of the good from the wicked. Hope this helps!

This is not in the Bible, but I remember hearing it before. At the heavenly feast, all the people have long spoons tied to their hands. The spoons are too long to feed themselves. But the people in heaven are having a great time at the feast because each person is feeding the person across the table from him or her. In hell there is the same kind of feast and people have the same kind of long spoons tied to their hands, but nobody can eat. They are all fighting and nobody will feed anybody else. The moral of the story is that heaven or hell is inside you in your spirit, not in your surroundings.

Yeah there is: Everyone has a long pole tied to their hands, making it impossible for them to pick up food and eat it. The selfish, evil people try to use the poles to feed themselves, and die of starvation. The good people use the poles to feed the people across the table from them.

sorry, never heard of that one. I think it isn't a parable at all, but a story made up by your preacher/cult leader.
Mind you, the correct answer would be co-operation by feeding each other
