Yesterday we took some photos in the movie menu by mistake. Now its important that i access the photos from the camers as stills so that i can print or save them. How do i go about turning the photos into still and the manual is miles away!

First of all, the video mode records at a resolution of just 640*480 lines. If you grab stills from that, the pictures will only be 640*480 pixels.
You can use the 'Print screen' button on your keyboard to do this: 1) Play the movie full screen and pause at a moment you want to save as a picture.
2) Hit the PrintScrn key on you keyboard to make a screen capture.
3) Open your image editor of choice with a new document, and plaster the screen capture in there with the key combination Ctrl+V (Even MS Paint and MS Photo Editor work fine for this, and these programs are installed on nearly all Windows computers.)
4) Still in the image editor, crop any visible parts of the Windows desktop out of the picture and Save As a jpg file.
5) Repeat from step 1 until you have everything you need.
