effect if I sit with a strong light facing towards my hair ?

Not the same effect. If you have any tendency to light hair, both sun and lemon juice will lighten the hair. Combining the two has a multiplying effect. A regular or fluorescent light does not produce the spectrum of light that lightens hair.
A good sunlamp would, but for goodness sakes, protect your eyes, especially if you are watching television or sitting near a computer monitor. Somehow, a monitor or television screen focuses or amplifies the light and can burn your retinas. Been there, done that.

as long as the light produces a lot of heat. it's the heat that bleaches out your hair with the lemon juice.

no it has to be the sun not artifical light.so it will be a waste of time.also remember that your hair will get a little burned so use a conditioner after wards.
