Depends if you are a single soldier or if you have a family. If you are a single soldier, the chances of you having to bunk with someone goes up. It also seems that it is different at every base.

If you married and have children you get a apartment in the housing and if you single you need to share a room with an others in the barracks.

for the period of recruits you percentage with 4+ others in a dorm and get smashed for 3months, no longer optimistic about infantry education yet dental helping education percentage a room with another, and admin education percentage a room with 3 others. when you've complete your initial academic education, relies upon the position u get printed on the conventional of your room yet maximum places you get your own room.

if you are single you live in the barraks if you are married you get housing! you have separate rooms but that is it! and its just like a dorm you have a bathroom a fridge and a sink and that is it! that is the way it is at Benning and Campbell!!
