For one, make sure you have some clues and aren't just paranoid. If you start loosing trust it could end the relationship.
Next, relax and sit back and think; rationally. Put together the clues. Does he seem like someone that would cheat?
Maybe even talk a little about cheating with him. Just very out-there style. Like ask him what his views are on if he caught his gf cheating. Then share yours :-)

Obviously you do not trust your b/f. If this is the case, why are you still with him? Don't waste your time on this.
Instead, why not spending your energy and imagination to work on something that is positive to a relationship instead of trying to find faults?
If you are too suspicious of everything, then you will not be happy...

Just listen. People talk and people love to gossip. Ask around....if you really want to know, you'll find out. Not only that, if you are this suspicious already, chances are he either is or you're just very untrusting for some reason. Good luck!

you might think im being stupid on this answer, but im being sirious. get a hold of the guy from Cheaters (a tv show that helps people find out if theyre bf/gf/fiance/husband/wife is cheating. im not sure of the phone number or address, but if you lok it up im sure youll find it. it helps.

without him knowing you doing all this to see what hes been up to,(got it)look if you had to do something to finf out if he was u shouldnt b with him in the first place but if you want proof follow him and see where it leads you(warning)some things are better if left alone could cause you pain

get his cell phone bill statement enter his info on whatever his provider is and start an online view. most people forget that you can veiw their statements on line so if he hadn't done it so then that is one of your chance of checking out if he is cheating and the best place to check is the phone.

Check his mobile phone for call log, text msgs when he's in the bathroom, check his emails while he's asleep, ask his friends, interogate him when ur feeling odd, follow him around

Hack his email accounts (myspace, facebook, whatever), get his passwords to check if there is anything.Get a fake id and add him to talk to him on msn, im, yahoo (whatever he is using), then try to get him to talk about himself.
You know what, why are you still with him if you are having doubts like this? To torture yourself?
