Are you OK with how Israel justified the massacre of Qana?

I'll assume that you know a little about how things are going in the world and that there are more people than the American Idol runner ups.
Israel said it's because Hezbolah are hiding rockets in Qana, while no evidence is shown to prove their claim that there are rockets in that area (similar to Bush's claims of WMD in Iraq).. Anyway, you, as a human - supposedly - how do you feel about what they did and their justification? And what if things were working vice versa and it's Hezbollah are the ones who killed over 70 civilian, almost half are children?
Israel also said that they've warned the civilians to evacuate the area.. what if those civilians didn't have anywhere else to go, and they don't have fancy shelters like those they have in Israel, does that mean "kill them", and as Naom Chomsky said "Israel is the attacker and they are the ones who are making the claims, so their claims shouldn't be taking literally."
What do you think, and how do you feel?

Israel has no justification for killing those people in Qana...Sure they blame it on Hezbollah,maybe there are still people who believe it...If Hezbollah were the ones to kill so many Israelis civilians I think US(and I'm sure a few more countries ) would have sent troops to protect the "poor" Israelis from those "terrorists"...

Absolutely okay with the response Israel has given. They were attacked repeatedly (like thousands of times with rockets over the past couple of weeks). The Hezbollah terrorists have been using women, children, holy places, and UN headquarters buildings as shields so that eventually a mistake would happen and some innocents would die. The evil terrorists are CHEERING the fact of those poor souls having died as an accident. It gives them an excuse to go jihad on the Jewish state.

But they ought to be careful. The only reason Lebanon still stands at all is because, like most good western countries, Israel is using restraint with their military force. If they really got it into their heads to destroy Lebanon, it would be done within days. Just like America with Iraq. The only reason Iraq isn't a radioactive wasteland is because we used restraint, trying not to harm innocents when possible.

Well you see my dear...Hezbollah is betting and HOPING that the Israelis bomb and kill Lebanese civilians (especially children b/c it makes it more tragic, and hence it makes them (the Jews) look like the bad guys. The Hezbollah is thrilled to no end that the Lebanese civilians are being used as human shields. This is not rocket science. This is the way that they will rally disenfranchised Lebanese people together against Israel. Please don't forget who started this. It was Hezbollah. Israel has shown great restraint in the past...and now the Hezbollah, and unfortunately the Lebanese people are being victimized b/c of it. The Israelis are setting an example not to mess with them. And good for them, b/c if this happened in the United States, an unprovoked attacked; there would be hell to pay for it. Unproportional and lethal. The Lebanese civilians are brainwashed to think that Israel is the enemy.....forget about..... it's Hezbollah who is the enemy of the Lebanese people and goverment.

The only massacre that has happened is the number of people in Israel killed by the Muslim Arab state sponsored Terrorists. Israel has never initiated any attacks on it's Arab neighbors. They have only responded to the gorilla warfare against them in order to defend itself. If all Arabs stopped attacking Israel, there would be peace. If Israel stopped defending itself from the Arabs attacks, There would be no country of Israel. This, of course, is what the Arabs want, no country of Israel to exist.

I am 63 y/o and have watched this conflict since I could read the newspaper and watch the news on TV. I can't understand how so many people can be fooled by Arab propaganda and the anti-Israel media. I am not Jewish so I have no reason to be biased about this.

I just wonder why some people close their eyes to the truth.
Devil lives in Israel! Actually, they have this crazy belief that this land is theirs, even though their messiah hasn't come yet and they cannot claim it as their land until he comes. So technically, they shouldn't even be there. The only reason they're still alive is because the US backs them up. Otherwise, the Germans or the Arabs would have wiped them off the face of this earth. They're horrible people. They bombed hospitals, escape roads, airports, bus stations. They bombed civilians trying to escape in cars and buses, and they bombed a PREDESIGNATED UN PEACEKEEPING LOOKOUT! All that over two soldiers? Yes, I must admit that Hezb-allah is retaliating, but what would you do if bombs are being dropped over your head. You'd fight back any way you can.

It appears you feelings on the matter on imbedded in your questions.,Which would explan the exxagerated facts.Ie more than half children.I think israel made a big mistake in bombing so close to an apartment complex,considering they use american made precision guided bombs they make it hard to believe they were actually aiming for the launcher 30 yards away from the building they hit.I hate to say this but i things are going to get much much worse before they get better.God help us all and especially the jewish population around the globe.

I believe they did have a rocket launcher and rockets there... Because 1 bomb wouldn't have leveled it.

Now come on. The stored rockets is what exploded and leveled it...

To bad Hebzolla puts children and women in harms way... But thats the way they fight a war hideing behind women and childrens skirt tails...
Why don't hebzolla just go to the israel and fight....That would cease the civilian death count...

I think that the world should surrender itself, officially, to Israel. Lets just get it out in the open. America, and the rest of the world (except Islam nations) kisses the *** of Israel.

It seems to me that we, the little people, cant do anything about this. And it exasperates me to think about this issue. But I cant stop.

I think that there are very VERY deep problems in this day and age. I cant see how it can possibly be resolved.

Is there hope? I cant see it.

these children are terrorists cause when they will grow up they will be terrorists. Israel may find all excuses to kill these future terrorists before they grow up.
Terrorists are attacking israeli tanks and helicopters and keep nuclear weapons very well hidden underground. Terrorists will attack israeli warplanes and innocent IDF troups.
Terrorists are also using terrorist children as human shield for their nuclear weapons. Israel is feeling better when they kill these terrorist children and they have the right to.
