jealousy is neither right or wrong its just an emotion, and your entitled to have feelings and emotions. you wouldn't feel anything at all if you didn't care and weren't concerned about the relationship..... the thing you need to do is ask yourself why your feeling this way.. is it that you feel a bit insecure? is it that you don't trust him, or don't trust her? if you don't trust her... do you really have a solid relationship? and if she hasn't done anything to make you feel distrustful... then most likely its your own insecurity, and this you need to work on within yourself.... even if you have to keep reminding yourself, she is with you, it's you she wants and loves, and you are worthy of her love... trust is the foundation of any good relationship... and if you don't have trust... you really don't have anything lasting... best wishes!

What? Your explanation is a little bit confusing. Let your girl know that you do trust her , but you dont like her talking to him that much. Of course, that would be for no reason, but tell your girl that you will try to get your jealousy in control

Well if they are on the phone weekly then that should not be going on. even if they are still friends the phone calls should not be. Talk to her about and tell her how u feel. Whos fellings does she care about more your or his? Ask her how she would feel if u were talking to an x all the time.

You have the right to feel however you feel. It is how you act on this feelings that counts.
If possible, try to spend time with the ex and your girlfriend. You may be able to all be friends. You will also be able to see the dynamics of their relationship which may dispel or confirm what you are feeling.
If you are not able to spend time with them or if spending time with them confirms your feelings, explain your feelings to your girlfriend, stressing that you trust her. Ask her to curtail the contact. If she doesn't then she is showing a lack of respect to you and your feelings. At that point you need to seriously reconsider your relationship with her.
