* Ilovedogs * Maybe she used a date rape drug like rohypnol, did him in a hospital bed in a coma (its happend), maybe he was a minor; statutory rape. maybe it was bondage without consent for intercourse. A man can be raped.
Maybe her motives were child support in the first place?

* Peekaboo * Guys try as hard as possible not to ejaculate while having sex and are still unable to stop themselves. Why isn't this same scenario possible during a rape?

Yes, it is possible for women to rape men, though penetration
usually depends on rare medical conditions (erection as a response to
fear), or perhaps some careful drugging (a new use for Viagra?)
You'd be breaking new legal ground, I believe. Some other extenuating
circumstance has always come into play to date (such as the woman
deciding she doesn't want to have a kind in jail).
Child support is based ONLY on the welfare of the child and what the
parties are able to contribute. The outright unfairness of an event like
this might change the legal footings here.
Assuming that the court found her guilty of rape, she would immediately
lose any sort of custody battle with you, but that's cold comfort if you
didn't want the kid to begin with.

Yes it is physically possible to rape a man. All a woman's gotta do is crush up a nice little cocktail of rohypnol and viagra, slip it in his drink, and bam an unconscious and very firm... well you get the picture. If the woman got knocked up in such a disgusting manner than the baby should be removed from her care as soon as it's born and be given a good home with a loving family while the b*tch rots. By the way how did you come up with this question?

How would, and why would a girl rape a guy? Women dont need to do anything but shake there butts to get some sex, and unless this girl was a lebsian or the guy was a very scrawny weakling, a women could not physically rape a man. And no he should not have to pay child support, but should be sent to a mental facility to realize that he got raped by a member of the weaker opposite sex. Actually I changed my mind, ya he should have to pay child support.

Its not rape if the guy got an erection and participated without being drugged up with Viagra etc.
Yes he should pay child support, otherwise he should have done something about protection.

There is sooo much ignorance in this room. Yes, a guy CAN be raped, and no, if the guy proves his case in court, he will NOT have to pay child support.

Yeah right!
How can you unwillingly rape the seed from a man?
Oh right , he's hard and gonna ejaculate , not wanting to.
If the man is erect and ejaculates , HE WANTED WHAT WAS HAPPENING , THAT IS NOT RAPE!!!!!!!!!!
Yes , he will be liable for child support if he is proven to be the sire of the child.
YOU CAN'T RAPE THE WILLING !!!!!!!

Hi!
Yes, I thinks so. Child support is not for the parent, it is for the child. Even if you did not want the child, it is still yours. Why should the child suffer for the sins of its parents.
But given the situation you are describing, I would be trying for custody. I mean, do you want your child to be raised by a rapist?

I don't believe it is possible for a guy to be raped by a girl. Therefore, he was a willing partner and should pay child support.

No, because if the guy did it unwillingly, that girl would legally be put in jail for rape if he pressed charges and the baby be put in a foster home...

Absolutely! Women are always victims and the guy is always wrong.
Just look at divorce settlements, child support, alimony, and child custody agreement statistics.
