Well this is regarding arrange marriage.....and i think indian girls can understand the depth of this queestion more than anybody else..but if others can understand then their answers will also be welcomed.

i think all girls want to know about the guy just like he does about the girl. sometimes what happens in arranged marriages is the girl is really good and thinks she is getting the same deal from the guy but now lately since things are more open in india, guys are doing a lot more and girls are finding out that they are marrying guys that arent so great. so i have convinced my parents to let me date who they have chosen for me just so that we can get to know each other and know if we are compatible with each other. i have convinced them that it is better that way then suffering through a divorce later on.

i think she wants to know a lot of things but will not get them answered until after the wedding since its arranged and all. the only thing she will be told is that she is getting married and her dowery has been paid...
