My brother is in jail and he is 23 due to a "failure to appear in court", he is on suicide watch, we dont exactly know what the bail is until tomorrow, but he has been in jail before for just not paying tickets, parafanila, etc. I want to the best I can to help him out, but I dont think I would get paid back, because he only works part time at a resturant. I know he is my brother. But what is the right thing to do?????

The only thing you can do is stand by him........don't pay his bills for him tho.....you will never see that money again. The reason I say this is you can't help someone who won't help themself. He's been in trouble before. So it seem to me that he isn't trying to do better.
Pray for him to turn his life around
Good luck and God bless you

He should stay for a while and get out of this mess on his own, because this isn't the first time. At some point in his life, he needs to take responsibility for his own actions. I know how hard it is, but he needs tough love right now. Hang in there and God bless you and your family.

I support the fourth answer because it's really the best way to solve the problem. If i were you,I choose this way, considering I don't have patience to help someone all the time, especially one who give himself up

Best thing to do is let him work it out himself and maybe he will learn a lesson from it and obey thelaws and stay out of trouble. At least give him moral support.

Its his choice, When he makes bad choices , then he gets to reipe the benifits of his choice. Don't give him anything, then maybe he will learn if he keeps doing what he has always done , he will keep getting what he always got.
