Anybody used growth supplements that actually worked very well. I am 14 and want to gain about 3-4 inches. And if you don't think growth supplements help any good methods to gain height?

Your height is pre-determined by genetics and, while you can stunt it, you can't get taller than you are meant to be. Let me tell you though that you still have 7 years of growing to do! Males continue to grow until the age of 21.

In order not to stunt your growth, be sure to eat properly, exercise and don't smoke.
