Stay clear of breads and starches.And milk merchandise. Eat your dinner early. Do no longer snack or devour after 9pm. Get ample sleep everynight. 7 to eight hours. yes.. eat a little bit of everything. .. which means, eat carbs, fat, proteins, veggies, fruits, and fiber/grains. .... eat 500 calories less every week. ... and exercise for about 30 minutes every day 4-5 times a week.
lift weights 3-4 times a week.. bench, curl ups, squat..
NO fad diets, just do what i put and you'll see a diference.
