Illegal?! Where do you live? It depends on how far apart you are genetically.
You wouldn't want to date a first cousin because you're too close but a third cousin, by marriage is not illegal or in many instances not frowned upon.
Dating within the family is considered immoral but the real concern is that offspring from such a union could be seriously compromised.
Personally I'd find someone else to date, but to each his own.

Its a good thing that both you and your cousin are both male. We have enough stupid children in the world could you imagine the children you would produce the the drain on the economy to subsidise yet more idiots, and offspring produced by you perhaps you might want to consider a blow up doll with a string you pull im sure you two could engage in many hours of conversation and get much satisfaction but please dont forget to wash your dolly after sex can you imagine the smell LOL

IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO DATE YOUR COUSIN. Wow what is this uninformed alley??? You can even marry your 1st cousin in over 20 states. So go have some fun and don't worry about the prude police.
Just so you know your babies would be fine in most of 1st cousin marriages. there is only about 2% more of a chance for trouble

You want to date more than one of your COUSINS at the same time... AND keep it a secret? If so, go ahead... as long as they know you are seeing them both (good luck with that)... AND as long as you mean friend-cousin and not biologically related cousin.
As far as it being "OK"... you don't need anybody's approval. But if you're so concerned and you want to keep it a secret, I suggest you wait until you are confident enough to pursue any relationship you choose freely...without having to hide.

No it is not. In some places it is illegal if it is your first cousin. This is inbreeding and can cause some recessive traits for diseases to show up in any offspring.

yeah its ok to date your cousin - not sure what that would make your kids if you had any - cousins and brothers and sisters??
be honest with your family about it though - dont let it come between you but be open about your relationship.

Yeah, that is definitely illegal. Sorry. If it was your second cousin, I believe, it wouldn't be illegal. That and the fact that if you were to have kids, they'd be retarded (literally) due to the fact that they'd be inbred. That, and it's kinda gross.
