i think i just found a brown recluse in my daughters bed what should i do....... should i put her down in it to sleep tonight? I really don't know if it was or not ?

Tuck her into your bed. Get a flashlight and go into her room in the dark. Pull her bed away from the wall and see if it's hiding there. Brown recluse spiders like cool damp, dark places and are most active at night.
Not only could the venom kill her, but if you are lucky enough that it doesn't, she'll still suffer horrible pain and possible dis-figuration because the venom is necrotizing (which means after the bite, the venom rests in the flesh and still continues to eat it away until large chinks of flesh are cut out by doctors.) This often ends up requiring plastic surgery.
Think of it this way... you might be a ninny it you are wrong, but is it worth the risk????
Don't scare her though... tell her she's been good and can stay up and watch a movie in Mommy's room tonight.

I am going to say no because those thing usually live in colonies and are very dangerous. Even thourgh you aren't sure I wouldn't risk it. Check her entire body for any signs of anything strange, and check the bed thoroughly, then call an exterminator. Let her sleep with you tonight or something. BTW Brown recluses have the shape of a brown violin on their backs.

Don't flush it. Call a pest control person in the AM and have them look at it. Hire them to spray your house..even if it wasn't a Recluse. Make sure that your daughter has no bite marks on her because Brown Recluse spider bites can be deadly if not teated ASAP.

I think she should sleep with you for the night. Tomorrow, thoroughly check her beddings and mattress. Wash everything. Clean her room. Etc.
