I took a world history class and I am not sure if my teacher mentioned it. I just know for some unknown reason, millions of Jews were killed during the Holocaust.

It goes back a lot further than that. The best book I've read on this is Wanderings by Chaim Potok.

The Jews were scapegoated for whatever problems the Christians have had. They've blamed it on the crucifixion of Christ, but that has nothing to do with raping, pilaging, denying rights, murdering, etc.

Part of the issue has been that the Jews have continued to prosper at times, despite the prejudices against them. These people were denied property rights, so they became bankers, jewlers, and advisors. People became afraid/jealous of this and created genocides at many times in the past, stealing these people's wealth during the process.

There's been a lot of distrust as well when the Jews' religious alliances were not with the state religion. Religion, historically, was more like a belief in the US today in baseball, mom, and apple pie. It was patriotic to be of the religion of the state, and subversive to not belong. People without religious convictions could easily accept the state religions and blindly perform acts of hatred and discrimination in order to gain position in their communities.

We tend to use the same tactics today. There has to be an enemy to unite us against them: it was the Russians when I was a boy, and the terrorists now. It's this unknown outer threat that we focus our attentions on. Hitler and others have used the Jews as that outer threat at times.

Remember, at the time of Hitler's rise to power, the world was sunk in an economic depression and the Jews controlled much wealth and represented the priveleged of Europe at the time.

I trust this gives you some ideas. By the way, I'm not Jewish, but Christian.

Jews were always a minority and wherever someone messed up, they used Jews as scapegoats. Jews contributed great deal to European civilization. During the medieval era, church considered money lending to be usury. Jews were they only ones who were allowed to lend money. A lot of Christians, who borrowed the money did not want to pay it back and used excuses like "Jews are evil" and "Jews like money"(that's where Jews love money myth came from). The gave those excuses to avoid repaying money. Whenever someone messes up Jews were blamed for it and used a scapegoats. In no way a can be person born an anti-semite. When a baby is born it is pure and innocent. A person is taught and brainwashed in that. There is a false assumption that Jews are "race". Jews are not a race. While most Jews today are white, there are black Jews in Ethiopia and other parts of Africa. There are Chinese Jews, Japanese Jews...etc. Judaism is just a religion.

Dont want to sound racists here too but the hate are as follows:

From Christians. The Jews killed Jesus Christ.
From Arabs and Palestinians. The Jews stole Arab land after the Arabs welcomed them back fro mthe holacaust.
From car owners. They upped the price of oil since 1973 with the Middle East wars.
From Sri Lanka. They sold military harware to both Government and rebels and profitted from both sides.
From everyone else. They are God's 'chosen' people.
From me. They are masters in the Art of Deception.

It wasn't unknown.

Hitler blames the Jews for the losses in WWI and the financial mess Germany got into.

Both lies are way off base, but the German people needed something. The Jews, having a terrible history of being blamed for usury, were a convenient target.

it's political and has to do with their occupation/interference in key
locales for hitlers germany among other personal reasons so the curtain was dropped on them and like a rolling snowball it just got bigger & bigger where it became law & an oppressve brutal routine became the norm...has much changed around the world since then for other races?

They have always been at the wrong place at the wrong time and have been used as scapegoats by Christians and Muslims for the past 2000 years.
