Yes, she can get pregnant. Is it wise, probably not. There have not been adequate studies of pregnancy while on haloperidol . Some women who got pregnant while on it had babies with limb abnormalities. Pregnant women should take this medication only if the effects of the medication outweigh the risks to the fetus.
I suggest that, if you want to get pregnant, you talk to your doctor first to see if it is possible to be switched to different antipsychotic drug during your attempts at conception, pregnancy and, if desired, breastfeeding time.

Yes you can. If you are considering pregnancy or think that you may be pregnant already, you will want to seek the combined medical care of your mental health clinician and your primary care doctor. There have been many studies about the effects of that particular drug and it's effects on pregnancy. I would make sure that I were under the care of a good physician and psychologist/psychiatrist to monitor and help ensure the success of my pregnancy. If you are not trying to get pregnant then of course birth control or abstinence would be the roads to take, but again under the care of a doctor.

If you're taking haloperidol, perhaps you have other issues you need to take care of before having a child.
