we were in a big group but this guy friend of mine bought me a drink and asked me to hang-out with him outside the restaurant where all our friends are. we drank and even hang-out in his car... we shared the same seat, he even rested his head on my shoulder, do you think he has feelings for me?
i'm just wondering cause we always go out on group dates but he never asked me out on a formal date>>> meaning just the two of us... i'm really confused please help me!!!

I am fairly positive he has feelings for you. It sounds like he may be a bit too shy to ask you out, besides with a group. Maybe you should ask him? Why not?

Dear young lady , don't rush things , go easy like your friend , take lots of time to ask or allow for a intimate dating for your own good , you will not be looser in the end , be cautious .
