Go to iTunes and then click on Music Store and go to iTunes essentials then my groove then to workout music and then it gives you a whole playlist of good songs. Then what I do is download them from limewire.

I'm a street or trail runner. On my mp3 player I have the following artists on my running playlist (a Nike mp3, not an iPod):

Funkadelic (One Nation)
John Coltrane (Epistrophe)
Ying Yang Twins
Kanye West (Gold Digger, Spaceship)
Black Eyed Peas (Running)
Lil Kim (Magic Stick, Betcha)
Prince (7, Greatest)
Bob Marley (for cooling down)
Alliyah
Foxy Brown (Touch Me)
Arrested Development (remember them?! Dawn of the Dreads)

I like to listen to Lords of Acid ~ On The Racks...this is my motivation. I really love to dance to techno & this one just gets me goin' & keeps me motivated. I do recommend, however, that you change your music often...too much routine will keep you from continuing...don't get bored!
