♡Soy de Tokyo, Japón. Soy Japonesa.
(Japonesa is the feminine form for Japanese. My Japanese hubby would say Japones. ☆You can also simply say; 'Soy de Japón. It may be understood that you are Japanese.)
Yes, Japón sounds like 'ha' in the Japanese word 'haha', so it would sound like 'Ha pohn'.
'Soy' sounds like 'boy'.
'Japonesa' sounds like 'Ha poh neh sah'.
Hope this helps!♡
☆I taught my hubby how to say this when we went to Mexico.(*^o^*) We're from Tokyo too.

"Soy de Japon" (so-ee de hapon) (I'm from Japan) "Soy japonesa" (so-ee haponesa) a female from Japan, "japones" (hapones) if you refer to a male. "Soy de Tokyo, la capital de Japon" (so-ee de Tokyo, la capital de hapon). The last one says "I'm from Tokyo, the capital of Japan", but you could just skip the "la capital de".
Buena suerte!

"Soy japonesa" --> pronounciation 'soi haponesa'
"Soy de tokio, Japon" --> pronounciation 'soi de tokio, hapon'
remember that in Spain we pronounce all the consonants although they are in the end of the word...

Hola, soy de Japón. (The h in "hola" is mute.Emphazise the sound on the pón syllable. Ha-PON)
Soy japonesa. (Ha-pon-NE-sa)
-Soy meaning "am", and pronounced just as in "soy sauce" or whatever.-
Just as it sounds, with the h sound on the j.
