Ok People I need exact measurements here... How much flour do you put with 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Is it 250 grams? Cheers to all xxxx

I agree with it does depend on what you are making, however if you use unbleached self rising flour you will not have to worry!
But rule of thumb to each cup of all purpose flour use 1 teaspoon, baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda and a 1/4 teaspoon of salt. This would be when you are baking biscuits or pancakes. If pancakes is your thing add 1 teaspoon sugar also before adding the milk.

Don't know if the Duch baking powder is the same but over here it's 16 gram bakingpowder for 500 grams of flour (about 2 full teaspoons, so looking at your amount it must be almost the same).

Do you know you can make a great tempura-batter with it too ?? Then the amount flour is 100 grams.

i use 1.5 teaspoons baking powder and about 1/4 tsp. salt per cup of flour.

I usually premix a batch myself, and have it handy for those "I gotta have a pancake" moments.
