swimming is an excellent exercise for dogs. Labs usually love water. Some towns have doggie day cares that have lap pools for dogs.

Walking it, running, start playing frisbee and fetch....
Also, cut down to 3 cups of dog food a day, and only one or two biscuits.

First show him all the love you can. Then feed him the best food you can afford. Take him for a walk everyday. Don't worry about it or pressure him and it will happen before you know it.

run him alot and tie him to a tire he will look like he is on steroids after like 3 months with the tire on..lots of food

Take him jogging with you. If you want him to have awesome power while you remain relatively weak, go bicycling while he runs along.
