I'm supposed to be tall. I used to work out and carry weights when I was 15-16 yrs old. I'm supposed to be tall. But because I worked out at the age when the growth spurt usually occurs, I think I missed it. I know that lifting wights hinders growth, and it did. I have had no growth spurt, just slow height increment. My parents are tall and I know for sure that it's in my genes to be tall. So now I did something wrong(I worked out), and I'm quite short(5'8"). What can I do to make me grow taller/increase my height growth? I would like to be about 6feet tall or at least !.81m. Thanks.

The following Prescription of Homeopathic Remedies will help any youngster in gaining height: -
1.BACILLINUM 200
2.BARYTA CARB 200
Three drops each in a sip of water just once a week.
Follow it up with these Tissue Salts: -
1.CALC PHOS 6X
2.NAT MUR 6X
3.SILICEA 6X
Four tablets each all together 3 times a day half hour before meals on an empty stomach. After finishing the whole bottles of these salts (30 Days).
If you feel that they are not making a positive difference just raise the potency of these three salts and get them in 30 instead of 6X and keep taking them till they start showing positive results.
Take Care and God Bless

Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL1MW , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

You didn't say your age, but your full height is usually achieved by the time you are 16 to 18. Other than eating balanced meals, there is really nothing you can do to increase your height. Both of your parents being tall means your likelyhood for being tall are great. It does not gurantee you'll be as tall or taller than they are.

The true measure of a man is not in his height. It's what the person has..inside, and how he brings that out in his actions, and words. How he handles situations. The kindness he shows towards others.. etc.
I don't know whether or not lifting weights have somehow effected your growth.. and whose to say that you were intended to be taller. My husband comes from a family of nine children, all of who are 6" or over.. girls included. Yet, one sister, is shorter than I.. I'm 5'6".
Are you placing your self worth in inches? Please don't..
You never said how old you were.. Sometimes males shoot up after high school.. but again..
The true measure of a man is not in his height.

The working out part is a myth. Your height, as you said, is genetically predetermined but will not necessarily be the same as your parents. 5-8 is a relatively average height for adults.

Your height is decided long before your birth. You did nothing to keep from getting taller. Speak to your doctor for medical reassurance, do not believe the dangerous hype about steroid use. Bernie

You wear 6 inch woman's high heels.
There is no way. Be happy with what youve got. 5'8" isnt so bad for a man. Maybe your soulmate will be like 4'11" and then youll be glad your not any taller.
