I know all about that....trying to get multi ages on a schedule. But having a wake up time and a bed time set in stone helps ( I know there are some days it just can't happen). But for the two year old the radio helps but I had twins and we did the work out tapes nothing to strenuous. But they really like to do that with me. as for the 9 mo. ( get the oldest involved too). On a blanket with the soft toys, play peek a boo and read silly books. get different child safe objects and play music, tape it and play back and dance. I hope some of these help. For the sleeping if you get them on a schedule it usually works itself out. just remember it takes consistency to get them on a schedule ( about a week to really take hold) and only a day to undo the whole thing. So dont give up, good luck.

For your 2 year-old how about getting some Crayola Mess-free markers. They only draw on the special paper. My son will be 2 in a couple of weeks and he loves them. I tried the Mess-free finger paints, but he kept digging it all out with his fingers so I would wait until they are 3-4 for those. Educational toys are great. I have a Sesame Street Alphabet game where if he pushes one button it will have them find a certain letter, or if they push the other button it will say the whole alphabet. Fisher-Price Power Touch Baby (Kind of like Leap-Frog) are great learning games. You put the book in and the cartridge and when they touch something in the book it will tell them what it is...like a Fuzzy puppy, or a kitten. The books and cartridges are also cheaper than the Leap-Frog ones. READ, READ, READ. It doesn't matter what you read. Most of it has to do with the tone of voice you use. When my son was 4 months-old my husband would read to him out of this electronic magazines and he would sit there mesmerized. Take them outside for a walk. There are plenty of outside activities that can be done. Children that watch too much TV or play too many video games tend to become over-weight and have a hard time learning.

i would suggest waking the kids up at the same time everyday then run them raggad during the morning give them snack run them some more then lunch then an afternoon nap if they are tired enough they should sleep a good 2 or 3 hrs. just make it a rule that when they lay down so do you. keeping up with housework as you go will also make this easier for you. have them help pick up toys and such hope this helps good luck

You ought to move instantly to a surgeon, despair is average and extra extreme (and extra lethal) in sufferers with social phobia. If you do not suppose your dad and mom will take you to a surgeon, then false a suicide try. Empty a few bottles of drugs at the flooring and lie beside them. Also, tip a tumbler of water subsequent to them. Pretend to be useless or subconscious, they're going to take you to the ER and you'll inform them the whole lot you're pronouncing on your put up. Then you'll get the surgeon to give an explanation for in your dad and mom that you're now not a basket case, and he'll provide right therapy which must get you bigger in an issue of weeks. A tip for you: inform your psychiatrist you wish topiramate (Topamax) further in your antidepressant, in an effort to spice up the final result at the social phobia and in addition aid you shed extra pounds. And one other tip: keep away from faith till you're bigger.

you could start your day with breakfast with your children it is important you get the first meal of the day too. Take your children to the park in the early part of the morning before lunch. Prepare lunch befor you leave home or take it with you I guaranteed you, your children will be ready for a long nap, don't hesitate to join them for a nap. try to find out door rec. if the weather permits, if not; try your local Chuckie Cheese's you don't have to spend $$$$$ for the children to run around and play on the rides they offer maybe for gas. That is just two suggestions!

1. Colouring the drawing book.
2. Encourage him/her to sleep, like: if you sleep now, I bring you to a walk at the playground, etc. So when he/she sleep, you can sleep too.
3. Play lego.
4. Listen to music.

kids that little shoudn't be watching tv a lot. they should hardly be watching it at all. they need some mental stimulation. try listening to baby music cd's, going to parks etc. join a rec center, they have lots of things you can do with smaller children.
