I've been hiccuping for about an hour nonstop and it's really uncomfortable. Does anyone know any home remedies or anything that might help?

Thanks everyone! My hiccups are gone. I feel so much better now. I tried a lot of the cures so I'm not sure which one did it exactly haha. Anyways these are great answers so I'll have to put it to voting.

It sounds stupid but it works. Take a small glass of water and stir it for about two seconds with a sharp pencil. Drink the water.
Pencils don't contain lead anymore so don't worry about that. I haven't found a single person that this didn't work for.

Well, what works for me is I just pinch my nose and hold my breath until it's unbearable and I have to breathe again or risk passing out. By then they're always gone.

Take a full mouthfull of water, bend over (or somehow make your torso do a full 180), and swallow. Works everytime for me. Let me know if it works for you.
