just dont freak out if things dont go as planned.... i mean, as long as you guys still get married, isnt that what counts? if something minor goes wrong or doesnt happen, well, oh well. just, make that your mind set if you can.

The wedding will be fine even if every detail isn't hammered out. It's easy to panic at a time like this. Turn on some soothing music, take a long, hot, scented bath, and have some tea and then go to bed.
Tomorrow morning, turn on some music and sing along. You will be surprised how much singing at the top of your lungs can reduce stress (even if you can't sing).
Good luck!

A bit of time out having a relaxing bubble bath and a glass of wine with some smelling candles lit to create a calming environment. Best wishes for your wedding day.

Why don't you plan a girl's night(or day) out with your friends. Go dancing, go to a spa and get a massage, or go to an amusement park. Do whatever you like to do for fun. It will take your mind off your stress. Good luck and congratulations on your upcoming marriage.

Go to a spa n get a facial, massage, and your nails done. Another way to really relief stress is to drive your car and sing and scream out really loud with all the windows closed. This might sound silly but it really works. People next to you might think that you are nuts but so what! Who cares about what they think!
