This is most likely adderall - specifically amphetamine/dextroamphetamine 10 mg.
You do not want to take these recreationally. Here's the Physician's Desk Reference (PDR) warning:
AMPHETAMINES HAVE A HIGH POTENTIAL FOR ABUSE. ADMINISTRATION OF AMPHETAMINES FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME MAY LEAD TO DRUG DEPENDENCE AND MUST BE AVOIDED....
MISUSE OF AMPHETAMINE MAY CAUSE SUDDEN DEATH AND SERIOUS CARDIOVASCULAR ADVERSE EVENTS.
These warnings are there for a reason. Further, adderall is a federally controlled substance, and it is illegal to take it without a prescription from a physician. No one can stop you from playing with your life but yourself. Flush the pills or return them to a pharmacy.
