Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

You're 13... don't worry so much about boys. They'll come. And being a little thick has always been a plus for me. Not all guys want a stick figure, and 140 is a perfect weight. Don't be so self conscious. You have plenty of time to learn to play the boys. Just remember not to let yourself become a toy, or a tool. Boys can do that, and it can be damaging. My suggestion: lay off the boys until your older.

If you are 5'6" or taller, your weight is fine. If you are shorter, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds. Anyway, don't worry about whether or not the boys your age like you, they are still immature. When you are around 19 or 20, you will find that men a little older than you are more mature and will like you for you are and they will think you will are beautiful. I didn't think boys liked me when I was your age, but as an adult, many, many men have been interested me.
For now, you can concentrate on making yourself the best person you can be. Study hard and take up a sport that you can be good at. If you play an instrument, work on that too. You will have an easier time becoming sucessful without a bunch of little boys around!

Skinny isnt always the best way.

Ive seen polls that said that most men prefer "more cushion for the pushin", lol.

Anyways, youre only 13. Stop worrying so mych about what you look like, and go out and get some hobbies and interests. Chances are, the skinny girls you see are only skinny because they are more active than you are, and they get the boys because they are just more interesting. Nobody wants to be with a bore.

PS Im 5'3 and 150 pounds, and I look REALLY good, always being complimented by hot guys, so I dont think the actual pounds matter, as long as you are reasonably fit.

You know, it really doesn't matter as long as your daily life is health (meaning exercize, eating health, time for yourself, etc.). Now days so many people are concerned about there weight and they have a reason...unhealthy...but if you are living health than you are fine. They have all kinds of charts and tables to say that you are suppose to be such and such weight at such and such height but it's just like a baby...they don't all develope the same and some learn to walk before they craw and visversa. If you feel healthy and acceptable than you are because it is all in the mind and body. Live happy not worrying about your weight and it all will fall into place.

#1. confidence will attract attention, I don't mean showing confidence by dressing skimpy, I mean go talk to those boys laugh with them joke with them whatever.

A good sense of humor goes a long way

#2 work with what you've got. fix your hair dress appropriately and do your nails, make-up, etc.

p.s. I am skinny with blonde hair blue eyes, etc. and in hs I had NO boy friends. I was shy and basically any guy who would talk to me I would freeze and say little back. Later, after I grew up and got married, my husband asked my friend about the guys I dated in school, and she said I didn't because they all thought I was a bit of a snob, go figure.

Any way there are shallow guys who date based on figure, but even the prettiest girls with the wrong personality can't find a boy friend.

Loosen up and you'll find the right guy eventually, you're still plenty young.

140 lbs may be a healthy weight for you depending on your body type. Call your local clinic or your family Doc's office and ask just to be sure.
When I was 14 years old I spent a lot of time at the pool. At first, just playing in the water, then I swam laps just for the fun of it. I would challenge myself to see how far I could swim without taking a breath. And so on. Before I knew it, I was lean, feeling great, and could out swim any of my friends. Swimming was, and still is the best exercise for me. It is easy on my joints, and I have fun! Try it, you will be amazed!

first of all u shouldnt need a great body to get a guy. if u attract a boy with a body that will be what he stays for. when he is bored with that body he will move on to the next. if u attract a boy with you personality then you''ll get a good guy that stays in a relationship because he truly like you or even loves you. You should use this is all your future relationships. its the most important advice you can get. and trust it im not an old geezer...im 16

Why are people at the age of 13 concerned about getting boys (or girls...)? What happened to the concept of a "childhood"? My advice? Be yourself and don't worry about getting a boyfriend. And the last thing you should be doing is letting the current society, which has no concept of beauty (either physical, emotional, or spiritual), gauge how you should look.

lol i agree with whoever mentioned the concept of childhood.. worry about boys when ur 17 .. THIRTEEN is just plain young like you've only lived life for 13 years.. anyways
140 sounds like a lot for a 13 year old, but ur also young to diet so meh you'll probably grow and slim out, or perhaps u just have a lot of muscle and muscle weight more than fat
