I do not know which is more correct. Please help me

More than one reviewer
is the correct way.

More than two reviewers
would then be correct.

One = single so plural does not apply

More that one Reviewer. One is the subject of the sentence.

one = reviewer
two+ = reviewers

sounds like you need to review subject-case agreement
subject and case MUST agree in numbers

you are saying "reviewer" to explain what "one" is referring to, and then comparing it to "more".

in other words, the answer is "more than one reviewer"

otherwise you'd say "more reviewers than one"
