report this breach of security and confidentiality to your boss. If they opened it accidentally, they still need a reprimand for opening things that aren't theirs.

I would confront the co-worker and find out why they opened my paystub. It could be as simple as it was a mistake. I would not go to the supervisor if it were a mistake. If it happened again, I would talk to my supervisor and ask if I could get my paystub placed in another place because it keeps getting "accidently" opened by a co-worker.
POINT--- Don't go overboard if this is the co-worker's 1st offense.

Say aloud, "who opened my paystub? HOW RUDE!!!!!, don't ever do that again, whoever you are". Start cursing under your breath.
Complain to your co-workers.

It isn't very ethical to look at another employee's paystub, but what I would do is talk to them and ask them why they did it and if it bothers you that much see if you can look at theirs but definitely let them know that you feel they have violated your space.

Once I was given the wrong check and didn't realize it until after I looked at how much money it was for. I was glad it wasn't my check because it was for a lot less than what I made. Mistakes happen.

must kill.........or hire a hit man. just a suggestion. well actually either get the person fired or just sue his/her ***. that's something you dont want to get messed around with. whats a pay stub?
by the way do these things incognito (confidentially in your case).

The person doesn't have the right to do that. Plus, the person won't be happy to see how you are getting paid!!! lol
