If you claim to be a christian then please don't act in a way that is non-christian. I've seen posts from people that claim to be christian and it saddens me to read some of the things they say. Don't return evil for evil, if one insults you pray for them, don't insult them back. Our lord wanted us to live by example. Don't let the father of lies win this battle, we are stronger then him because we have Jesus the son of the one true God. Thank you and may God bless you.

Jesus had his harsh moments. He turned tables over in the temple and threw people out! He got tired of people asking him to heal them and said: Heal yourselves!
Sometimes we have to fight fire with fire.
Some of the people her just laugh when you say God Bless.
Now, yank on their string and make them flinch and you might just get their attention!
The idea is to make them think, make them stop and reconsider things.
Each of us has our own way.
I'm stuck on my "You're a monkey's nephew" line.
It does conjure an image!
It does make one thing, do they REALLY want to believe they were once a monkey!
As that truly how they want to think of themseleves!
How about all the others here who's minds are undecided or weak when someone says that a chimp and a human have 99% similar DNA and science has established that.
Think you can fight that just with God Loves You.
Those people are already starting to think the Atheists and Darwinists are looking more correct! And they think religious people look like superstitious fools afraid to walk under a step ladder for fear "God 'il getcha!"
And what is non-Christian. Jesus ordered his disciples to sell all they owned and buy a sword. Now we have a new view on Christian attitude. Carry a weapon.
Then there's the fundamentalists who say everyone is going to rot in fire and brimstone.
I tend to agree with your viewpoint, but it doesn't always work.
Jesus said turn the other cheek, but he didn't intend anyone to be someone's whipping boy or girl!

The more mature you get in God's Word, you will learn Jesus Christ did what? Jesus preached TRUTH before love.
Hear me? He preached TRUTH before love. For a reason.
Eph. ONE BODY..ONE CHURCH..ONE TRUTH..ONE SPIRIT.
Do you see ONE LOVE here? NO. Why, There are 5 different types of love in the Gospel. There is only ONE Truth.
Sometimes Truth hurts. Why do you think Jesus preached it FIRST? So it would hurt. How bad? Pierced to the heart. Why? TO BE CONVICTED BY HEARING THE WORD? The what? hearing TRUTH....NOT LOVE.
Love comes AFTER hearing the Word. "LOVE" =Greek, (agape). This is the love of God. You can NOT give this to a lost person. Atheists, unbelievers can talk and preach love. They can't preach TRUTH !!!!!
Understand? It's in your Scripture.

amen.. i myself am a christian but at times i may not act liek one.. i know its wrong of me and i do pray for forgivness
but waht you said it totally true and i respect people that can tell true feelings about their beliefs and not worry aobut what people will think of them..

I have been bullied harrassed insulted and on and on by so called christians I am sick and tired of the hypocrots. don't tell me that you acutally are claiming to be one too? I thought it was a secret part of their cult to be scheming monsters who try to destroy people.
