i work nights so i know what keeps you awake, a combination of b vitamins, caffeine and most importantly taurine, you can get taurine in many of the energy drinks available today like no fear, monster etc, or you can purchase it as a powder as well,

it does provide for a lot of energy but there is also a crash afterwords

Proper diet! If you do sugars, caffeine... You will get the energy, go up - but the down will hit fast and you'll end up feeling worse.

So proper diet is the answer! Proteins, veg, fruits - natural sugar from fruits! Not hy-fructose
