It's also quite tasty and low-fat too. I wonder if I can buy them wholesale to help me lose weight...you know, substituting that for potato chips.

Communion is given to every celebration of the Holy Mass.
There are celebrations of the Holy Mass throughout the whole year except Black Saturday in commemoration of Jesus' death and burial. But during the same day, there is Easter Vigil Mass and one can receive communion.
One can receive communion once a day within the Eucharistic celebration. There are cases wherein a person can receive more than once like the last rites are given.
Only baptized Catholics can receive Holy Communion. Children should be under the age of reason. Mentally ill people could not receive it.
Catholics who are in the state of mortal sin could not receive it also. They have to go to confession.

Everytime they had "mass" which is another word for a feast or communion. This can be any time of the week or sunday. You'll have to go through a special service to be able to get the "host" or that white crusty thing and be part of this "communion".

They have communion every time they have Mass, which is daily. Most churches have Mass twice M-F (morn, eve), once on Saturday evening, and several services on Sunday... 3 or 4 in the morning, once in the evening.

Every hour of every day, all around the world, just as it was predicted in the Old Testament Book of Malachai:
Mal 1:11 For from the rising of the sun even to the going down, my name is great among the Gentiles, and in every place there is sacrifice, and there is offered to my name a clean oblation: for my name is great among the Gentiles, saith the Lord of hosts.
Local parishes generally celebrate Mass once or twice each day, at various times.
