I am a pure vegetarian and practise Non-Violence "AHIMSA" and the Ice Cream available in the market contains gelatine and eggs which prohibits me from consuming it.As a inquisitive devotee i want to know that isit possible to make ice cream at home without Geletine and Eggs ?

I'm allergic to eggs, so I was *really* delighted to find this recipe. It's simple and good and can be flavored other ways, too!

well if you are a pure vegetarian you wouldn't be able to eat it anyway, it has to have milk, or cream in it. and if you say you can eat that, then why not eat eggs? I personally think vegetarians are out of it. Cows and chickens are here for us to eat, i love my chicken nuggets and hamburgers and especially scrambled eggs with cheese.
