You know why. You seem very perseptive to why this is happening and you are just looking for the rest of us to make your suspicions real. Your friend could be a little jealous and untrustworthy cause he knows you well enough to know you're a possible threat. Or you are just being paranoid and watching him who in turns watches you cause you are looking suspicious.

Um...can you say Low Self Esteem. That's an easy one. It doesn't have anything to do with you. Not unless you've told him you wanna piece of her or something. IF not, your boy doesn't feel like he's doing something right. There is really nothing you can do about it but help him out sometimes by boosting his ego a bit..."Man, I can tell she's really into you"...you know....lies like that (j/k)

are you better looking than him? do you have something better in life than he does , could be he feels inferior when you are all out together .maybe you are more mature. he is also jealous and probably thinks she will find someone better than him. many men like this become dominant partners and make life hell for their wives by accusing them of having affairs and cheating when it's not true and it soon kills any love the woman has had for him

Why do you unnecessarily invite tension? Propriety demands that you be circumspect.It is natural for him to get concerned.You must unfold upon him your designs to free him of any suspicion he might have about you.

maybe his gf used to like u but never asked u out and he's afraid u'll steal her. or he could just be concerned when any guy talks to his gf, not just u. finally, his gf mite b a bit of a flirt and he's keeping his eyes open. all possibilities

well he probabley thinks you are trying to make a move on his girl!! But if you dont like her then tell him that for he knows that, and he wont get all jealous and make it seem like you are trying to take his girlfriend away!
