i parked my 2 cars beside each other. This morning saw a caucasian drunk lying on ground completely conked out b between my to cars. Lucky i saw him. I shudder to think of what might hve happened if i had just drove off. IMy car has a big scratch now. What should I do. Btw, I know where the guy is ffrom.

Call the police, it is illegal to be drunk in public. also have him charged with either vandalism or drunk and disorderly conduct

First, why is the fact that he is caucasian relevant? I'd probably call 911 cuz he may need to be EPCd. Then maybe you could pray for him; I'm pretty sure some drunk passed out on the ground won't be worth pursuing about a scratch on your car.

Find out where he lives (favorite bench) and scratch the crap out of it, or put dog doo on it...then wait for him to return... and tell him you will be watching him from now on...

If he is drunk much of the time , he probably has nothing and no insurance . If once in awhile he probably doesnt remimber it and may fight it. either way talk with him , he may be an honorable guy and fix it.
