My friends kid is covered in lice and when they come over the kid rubs its head in my couch, how can I get them not to bring the kid over because if I tell them why they might get offended and not be my friend.

Maybe they don't know they have lice. I wouldn't worry about offending them! You don't want them at your house, cause it spreads. Schools send kids home for it.
Just tell her that you cannot have them over till the lice is gone. Do it nicely. If she gets offended, she isn't a good friend and then make sure that she and her kids haven't infested your home. Get your house treated and check your kids. Getting rid of them is easier now. You don't have to shave head anymore.

At that point I would just tell them IF you know that's what it is, they all have it then and most likely so do you.

Honesty is the best policy tell your friend to take care of the child and they will be welcome to come over again, until then your health should come first.

You should be more concern about your own family than your friend's felling.
