Yes, armed interceptors would escort it to the appropriate landing strip, providing they either maintained radio contact, or if the radios are not working, cooperated in the prescribed methods of recognition. Any resistance, and they would be shot down.
It would be a serious error for a commercial flight crew to fly into restricted military airspace, and there is a very good chance they would never fly professionally again.
The Flight Plan pilots must file before takeoff, must allow for extraordinary circumstances, including alternative landing sites in case of airframe or equipment failure. Area 51 would most probably not be one of those sites.
Private pilots have made emergency landings at area 51 with interceptor escorts, and immediately taken into custody by the security detail. I am unaware of any commercial flights having landed there, except some charters to bring in civilian workers.
Area 51 is pretty huge, and there are several potential landing sites. They would not be landing at an airstrip near any visible research projects.

I'm not sure which airports exist around there, however, if there is an airport in that area, and an aircraft is has an emergency, then they have every legal right to land there. However, I am guessing that there probably aren't any suitable airports in the immediate vicinity, so the pilots probably wouldn't be looking to go to that area anyway.

If area51 is all it is supposed to be they would land the plane under heavy guard and have it refueled and off the ground relatively fast. Being a gov't opperation I'm pretty sure the "no fly zone" puts commercial flights closer to other airports anyway.

They would let them land but not get out unless it was on fire or something. You can't see much anyway. Most of the stuff they don't want you to see, I'm sure would be put away.
They generaly don't let you fly over it but you can see it on some jetways. Just looks like an airport.

if they were flying at or above FL 50 they would have plenty of altitude to get to an airport in just about any direction from Area 51.
