i wanna lose at least 10 pounds by then...thats the most i think i can acheive by then..

Losing weight needs one thing, that is determination. The steps look simple but needs sheer determination as it will change your lifestyle and your eating habit all together. First you need a photo of yourself, whole body, sideways the best. Picture what you want to achive by 28 august. Then you will need to reduce all fatty foods, such as fast foods, and sugar. Drink alot of water, and if you are hungry have fruit or vegetable. Also dun take too much. One way to do it, is to munch 32 times each bite. The mind needs at least 30 minutes to know that you are full. Then the most important part is to exercise. Start slow like 15 minutes of jogging, or cycling, swimming is also good. Then do exercise anytime that you think possible, such as shower, reading, or watching TV, ensuring that movement is always there. Make it fun, sing and dance in the shower, readin and walk while saying out loud, and imitate actors as they play it on TV. All this helps to burn calories and fat. But all this is meaningless if you have no will to suceed.

eat less will lose 10 pounds in a month. Find a time of day when you can not get ahold of food (work for instance) Then eat 100-200 calories, (granola bar is good, more filling than fruit) and tell yourself that's all you get. And when you feel hungry, tell yourself that's your diet kickin' in burning that fat. And cut out ALL between-meal snacks - this will take will-power - best not to have tempting foods lying around the house - and drink more water. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months doing this.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. loose weight) and you will have more energy. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets don’t work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples: baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads) in one and protein (examples: chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal; they don’t have none or little fat). 30min cardio exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardio, Tues. upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back: seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardio, thurs. lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) Fri. cardio, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising; you do this on Sunday so your body doesn’t go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stick with this you will have a great body. first off, do not starve yourself..that only works against you.
so what you need to do is lower your daily intake of all foods ( but to a safe level ) maybe 1,000 or 1,200 calories..and then divide your three meals into six smaller meals..balance your meals with carbs, protein and starches....go by what the USDA says for a healthy diet...DRINK at least 8 -10 8oz. ice cold glasses of water a day..and nothing else ..no soda at all..
when hungry snack on lettuce or celery....and drink water...
walk before you go to work ..walk after you come home from work..and do some exercises at home in the evening..and get enough sleep...
stay moving..drink ice cold water..( ice cold water makes your body use calories to warm it up)
do not eat any junk at all..no potato chips ..no bread and so forth...

Start of with a diet...just lessen all your food intake for the day little by little then if you can eventually, just take half or 1/4 of your usual serving. no more junkies pls and try to add a little excercise even if it's just brisk walking or cycling. Belly dancing is good and fun way to do it also. Lessen sweets and don't stress up yourself too much, get enough rest and feel beautiful. To add up, drink lots of water or even better tea.

Taylor go and have a look at http://fit-n-fat.blogspot.com I got rid of 35 pounds in ten weeks and you can easily loose 10 or 12 pounds in 4 weeks without doing any harm and having fun.

Drink your 8 glasses of water a day and stay away from soda. Stay away from all diet foods, I heard they put weight on you.Take 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar before each meal. Don't eat nothing after 8:00p.m. These are just some sugestions I heard that work.

Don't eat LESS eat RIGHT. Drink plenty of water, go out for walks and runs and be active. Look at fat and calorie content. You aren't that heavy you just have a little work to do. Good luck!

Just drink a lot of water it will flush the salt of your system. Also eat a balanced meal, try eting 5-6 meals a day. Jogging and walking will also help.
