could magick be used to create hail storms or really bad thunder and lightning storms? If so how, and how long would it take to learn how?

I suppose it could be done. Personally, I have never had the desire to control the weather. My main deity is a storm god and I don't feel that I know more than him what the weather should or should not be doing. Out of respect for him, I chose to leave the weather be whatever he wishes it to be.

If u believe! hehe No one really know how to any more the "magic" was lost years ago. But there is said to be an oriental woman with a lazy eye who lives a double life in las vegas and works part time as an Elvis impersonator, who knows exactly how to bring on the storm of all storms. If you find her she will ask you three riddles... if u answer them correctly she will pass on the power to u. But no one has ever passed her test! dun dun DUN!

No, but science can. There are scientific methods to create storms and call down lightning in specific places, and to create hurricanes, and earthquakes. Magic is nonsense. The universe doesn't work on magic it works on laws.

No ethical person would do it. If you take precipitation from one area you could cause drought. It would be completely selfish of you to say - let it not rain today because I'm having a party, and then all the crops that week fail because of you. Everything you do has consequences. If you do not realize this then you have no business considering such acts.

I've been working on cloud spells, so far, I can only get them to move from southwest to northeast. But, I'm good with traffic lights. I just stare at them, and they change! Does anyone else have this talent? I may be onto a whole new branch of science!

Many " weather witches " believe they have this ability. They really do not controll it. However the demons who are enslaving them Do have this ability and make there slaves think they are freely doing it.I pray that you do not fall into this trap.
