I've heard about a huge study that was done about this once, where people drank all day every day and tried to memorize stuff at the same time. In my field it's mostly refered to as 'college'.

But seriously, if you want to mess up the rest of your life, keep drinking/drugging. They kick you out of college when you screw up too much, and then you're.....well, screwed. Not having enough brain cells to put your (very) limited education to good use can be a financial strain, and a pain in the @$$. Not to mention the possiblity that you might be having to go to AA for the rest of your life.

Alcohol affects brain. What happens when you are under the influence of alochol is not fully recored in your memory. So you are unable to recall when you are awake next day.The best way is to find out the situation is get drunk in a room having a web cam or CCTV cam and record the enitire night events. Then see when you are sober,I think you will stop drinking after you view that.

I think that is why people say that they drink to forget ...maybe you have an allergic reaction to alcohol...I have heard that sometimes people react differntly or get sick,..but if you really are just drinking a little and still can't remember, you just might be a really cheap date lol...good luck sweetheart

alcohol travels to the brain before the stomach, making only one side of ur brain work and concentrate (unfortunately it isn't the memory side) thus making u suffer memory loss but don't u find it funny that no matter how drunk u get and what u forget u always seem to find ur way home no trouble?

alcohol is a central nervous sysytem depresant it has a physiological effect on the brain this is why you forget things you dont store them in the first place, things go to short term memory but don't reach long term memory

speaking as a recovered alcoholic
i think you may be prone to BLACKOUTS
this is very dangerous..as you could harm
yourself or someone else very badly in a blackout
the will get worse and will last for longer periods
hours to days..or even weeks ..which i have experienced..don't mess with your brain/mind

you are drunk and you dont know it, stop drinking it will kill brain cells you cant replace. my dad doesnt even know my name half the time, he never knows where he is, he thinks hes ten years younger than he is and he has forgotten he has a grand daughter, much less three and great grands as well.
