And which debts are allowed to be used? This is the first I've heard of this happening.

When I lived in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kansas and California years ago, I had some serious outstanding debts that led to charge offs. My accounts were never frozen, though I only had my accounts in PA and CA.

That's why I was so surprised to read in here that people had their accounts frozen and wages garnished.

My debts (credit cards from college) fell off of my credit report but it took years.

if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan
however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,
