FIsh head soup in Singapore. It's a local delicacy but I thought it was the nastiest stuff I've ever seen. Yes, it has an actual fish head in it.

At a restuarant in China I was once served a cobra blood mixed in wine for a drink. They then took some organ from the snake (the gallbladder?) and I had to down that with a shot of alcohol.

My wife is from Brazil. She states that our baked beans are the wierdest food she has ever eaten. Why you say? She says it's because they taste sweet. We often times use ingredients like brown sugar or molasses to get the flavor we are looking for. In Brazil they like them flavored spicy, salty and with garlic. Needless to say, our BBQ's are not one of her favorite festivities. Me personally, I loves me some baked beans. But.....I also like the Brazilian style as well. Deeeeelicious:)
