PUTO SEKO (00-040)
Using BAKELS BAKING POWDER
Ingredient Metric Group
Cornstarch 100 g
All-purpose flour 100 g
Sugar 96 g
BAKELS BAKING POWDER 1 g
Ammoniaco 1 g
BAKELS SHORTENING 32 g
Water 60 g
TOTAL WEIGHT 390 g
Method
1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Blend using cake paddle until thoroughly combined. Do not overmix.
3. Roll out into log shape of 1" diameter and cut 1"-long pieces.
4. Round and place in ungreased baking trays.
5. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
Yield: 15 x 25 g
