Ok. I did notice this myself and it had me thinking. If it really was about religion, then we would probably would be on the side of the Muslims. But, for some reason it is not and it is about something else. I know it is politics, but what? Is it just the fact that so many Muslim countries are so far from being democratic, or something else as well? I know the whole democracy thing has a lot to do it.
BTW, I am not a "Christian" and I don't have anything against anyone of any religion who is non-violent and is against oppression of others so that was not meant to bash Jewish people. Also, the Jews did not put Jesus on the cross, the Romans did. And, even if a crowd of Jews did not spare him, then that is not the fault of all of their descendants. I am so sick of hearing people bash the Jewish people over that. You can only hold the people who took the action accountable, not a whole race of people. Enough with that already people!!!!!!!
P.S. You should hang out with Mel Gibson sometime.

First off, let me just ask why you are calling us his Christian nation. Just b/c we accept Christianity, does that make us his Christian nation? There are other Christian nations as well. The Jews were NOT the enemy of Jesus, Jesus was a jew. And God has called all His people to spread his word. Now, if we were to shun the jews b/c they are not Christian, we are not getting the message out to them so how can we call ourselves God's servants? Also, the Bible says to accept those who do not believe, we need to be accepting and loving, nonetheless, it is best to keep ur closest friends christians b/c we need fellowship, but do not shun ppl away, that makes us Christians look stuck up and selfish and that's not what God wants. And since when did the Jews put Jesus on the cross? I don't think the entire Jewish race put him up there. He willingly went up there to save us from our sins, he could have come down ne time he wanted but he chose not to. And who are we to say the Jews are wrong cus they put him on the cross? They were also the first to accept him and to spread his word. They were also the first believers of him. I'm sure Jesus is sad to see his people fighting for what they believe to be a noble cause, but we are not in a place to point fingers and judge. If you are concerned about the fighting, all I can tell you is pray.

The Bible is very clear that the Jews are not Jesus' enemy. Jesus himself was a Jew. All of the prophetic literature in the Bible talks about the Jewish nation coming to recognize Christ at the end of time.
Also, Jesus did not come as a prophet if you accept Christian teachings. Muslims say he was only a man, but Jesus claimed to be (and was crucified for claiming to be) the Son of God. But Muslims also deny the crucifixion and naturally the resurrection. They deny everything Jesus was and everything he came to Earth to do-- how is that better than non-believing Jews?
But regardless of any of that, we have to look at the facts of the situation on the ground when choosing who to support. We have to ask ourselves who is at fault? Who attacked whom and provoked the entire thing? And it's very clear that Hamas and Hezbollah attacked first.

Who told you that the Jews deny Christ? Not all do. Not all Muslims accept Christ either, allot of them don't even think that Jesus exist. Another thing, is that the "Jews" did not put him on the cross we did! I think that you should really look into what other religions believe because you have this all backwards.
Jerusalem will win this war! This is a war is mentioned in the bible several times,we are living in the last days. They are not fighting the "Muslims" they are fighting Terrorist. Did you know that the U.S. has more catholics than anything, not Christians... Get your facts strait honey and read the book of Daniel.

From the Christian perspective, Jesus was sent as a savior to the Jews first, then to the Gentiles (read: everybody that isn't a Jew). So to call the Jewish people the enemies of God (this is in the Christian viewpoint of Jesus being divine) is perposterous. As far as the Muslims are concered, I can't speak for them.
So, I find it unfair to call the Jews the enemies of Jesus. Simply because they don't view him as the savior promised to them by God, doesn't make them Jesus' enemy either. That's not what he's about.
So- no. I don't think Jesus would be disappointed.

Don't get your religious "understanding" too loose there, girl. Muslims don't accept Jesus!! If you don't accept Jesus the Christ as THE ONLY GOD, then you don't accept Jesus at all. So your pro-islam junk won't float here. We Christians nail Jesus to the Cross more than the muslims and jews do. There's more of us, lying our asses off, and sinning against the Ten Commandments than any muslims and jews. Hell, the ACLU does more against Jesus in one organization than all Al quaeda ever thought of doing. And Al does one big bang-up job to persecute Christ. So get your religious "understandings" cleaned up and then come present some reasonably intelligent discussion. With your present "question", you just get people mad. God, as in Jesus our Christ, Bless you.

It is important that we think before we speak, and analyze carefully, for truly it is a sin to change the words of the Bible, and of Jesus(PBUH). As for Your Question shinobi, I must a agree with you.
YES JESUS (PBUH) WILL AND IS DISAPPOINTED with the majority. Secondly, Im noticing alot people saying that the God of the Christians and the God Of the Muslims is not the Same. I might have agreed with you if it didnt state in the Quran that He is the same God That the Jews and The christians worship.

You have to under stand that the Jews are gods chosen people. He delivered them from Egypt and took them to the promise land. God accepts anyone no matter wht religion they came from. Christians today were gentiles in Bible times. We only inherited Gods laws through the jews. The muslim thing is a whole different issue. They worship a Prophet named Mohammed. That is not acceptable in gods eyes. Also in the book of Revelation one of the signs of the ending of the world is great war in Isreal (against the Jews his chosen ppl). That is what i recall from the last time we touched on this subject in church. =]

there is a whole lot you don't understand.
1. Jesus was a Jew
2. the ROMANS killed Jesus, not the Jews
3. Jews are God's chosen people. (the Bible tells us)
4. Muslims don't worship the same God that we do.
5. the Muslims deny who Jesus is and the Bible tells us that there is only way to God and that is through his ONLY son, Jesus.

I'm sorry , you got it all wrong. Jesus loves us all but the Jews are his chosen people. The bible says of the Jews and Israel, I will bless them that bless you and I will curse them that curse you. The Muslims do not look at Jesus as the son of God and they do not worship Jehovah God. I'm glad America and the Christians support Israel and I hate the bias news reporting we get from the liberal media. God is disappointed that we war against each other, period.
