Cause I don't know if I really like him like that; but if he asked me I would say yes but I'm not gonna ask him cause I'm not even positive he likes me it's confusing me!

be nice to him, the more he feels comfortable around you, the more likely he'll ask. Otherwise just say "are you ever going to ask me out?"

Take a chance, if it's not for you-both of you will know. If he's scared to ask, go to him. He's obviously intimidated by rejection which is natural.
