I have and so has my best friend sitting beside me screaming yes... if you love him then you can say it but if you dont mean it dont say it ... just because your dating doesnt mean you have to say i love you ... wait untill you do

Nope but I dated this guy for about a month and 3 weeks in he said those 3 little words and I was not liking him that much. So I cut my looses and ran like hell......it truley scared me. Hell when that is said to early in a relationship it can only mean two things. One they haven't loved in a LONG time or two they are just to freaking clingly and run like hell or it could be both and th at was my problem!!!!
Those words mean alot so don't use them unless you are soooo sure the other person feels the same way!

no but somebody said it to me...guess they don't really know what love is...I didn't say it back for quite some time later....warning if they think they are in love that quickly they can fall out of it just as fast...married the guy that said it to me then found out he is emotionally abusive and falling too quickly is listed as a sign to watch out for...real love can not happen in a week only lust or infatuation based on looks and superficial similarities.

haha if you do it consider your relationship over...guys hate that..and we tend to be more emotional and care about the person but love is a different thing...luckily in Argentina we have two different words to say i love you "te quiero" means that you care and "love" in the way you love your dog and "te amo" wich is the right one to the person you are falling for ...so try not to say it or just say a "te quiero" instead of i love you if you wanna keep him

Don't think it's possible to have a "real" love that quickly... lust maybe.. except, as someone already said, for a puppy maybe...
