mocca tastes bitter but cappucino tastes heavenly. isnt it?

Me, I love cappucino. At work we have a cappucino machine and I just cant stop drinking it. I hate coffee also but usually I am such a tea lover. What is the difference between coffee and cappucino as I have no idea?

irish cream mocha for me,
and as a Barista,
a cappucino is going to taste just as bitter
you get the bitter taste from improperly made
espresso
A true cappucino is only espresso shots
and foamed milk thick enough that you can
spoon the milk and hold the spoon upside down
without it spilling off.

I just love coffee. I have at least 3 cups in the morning, just to get me going, but then switch to water. If I am out my favourite coffee is cafe latte, but I also like cappuccino. I cant do really strong coffee like espresso, it frazzles my brain and makes me too hyper!!!! Bring on the coffee, I am definitely an addict.
