Yeah people can. A lot of people who have multiple personality disorders especially in the most severe cases have personalities that aren't aware of one another.

Actually, the accurate name for this is Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). Multiple Personality Disorder is not a politically correct term anymore.

But anyway, the person might not realize that they have other personalities, but they will have periods where they blackout and have no memory of what they did for several hours. So they may suspect that something is going on with them.

yes, it's called a spilt personality. have you ever watched the movie Me, Myself and Irene? Hank in that movie is a perfect example of a person with a split personality.
