I mean big countries and those who inmigrate a lot (like mexico) should have more strict inmigration laws but small countries and countries that dont inmigrate that much should have more flexible inmigration policies.

they do. each contry has policies set on them by the US government when immigrating to our country they aren't all the same

Each country determines the immigration laws that best serve that country. Immigration is a privilege, not a right.

All developed nations limit, and many prohibit, poor immigrants because the destination nation ends up having to pay much more than they contribute for their services.

Laws are already different among countries.
